This is a highly sought after book! Rumor has it that sometime in
1971 or 1972 John Kerry ordered the publisher to stop producing
new copies. To expand the rumor, it has been mentioned that he
dedicated much effort in removing the existing inventory out
of circulation. Obviously that wasn't 100% successful.

It is our understanding that the material in this book is considered
"Public Doman" and any copyrights have long since expired. Most of
the content of the book are Congressional Hearings and Public Records.
